The Red Cross suggests that one person in every household should receive CPR training and know the proper use of an AED (An automated external defibrillator is a portable device that checks the heart rhythm and can send an electric shock to the heart to try to restore a normal rhythm. AEDs are used to treat sudden cardiac arrest (SCA).)

A little under 90% people that have out of hospital cardiac arrest die and having someone perform CPR or use an AED DOUBLE or TRIPLES there survival rates according to the National Heart Association. TAKING A CLASS WITH US CAN SAVE LIVES.
